Swing dance for Beginners - Fall Round 5 - 2026
Collegiate Shag – Beginners
This short course (4 classes) will introduce you to the lively and energetic swing dance – Collegiate Shag. You will learn the fundamentals of the dance and be ready to join the dance floor even when the music gets fast.
Learning a new swing dance can also improve your body awareness and musicality and help you become a more versatile dancer – even if you usually dance Lindy Hop.
If you are planning to go to Fallin’ for Swing 2026, this will also give you a nice sneak peek into the classes at the festival and a head start before the weekend.
